I had a nail in my tire with a slow leak, got right in and they patched it up! Everyone was so sweet service was super fast and it was super cheep! Been coming here with my dad since I was a little girl and always bring my car here when I need new tires put on. Not many company's with this kind of service!!
I hate to write this review because I've had a good experience in the past with their Laguna Niguel store. I just want to point out that I was on a very tight budget when I needed 4 tires a few months ago and asked what my options were in my price range. I was told they have an "Asian Import" that are a good inexpensive tire and I will get 25000 miles out of them. I found out later that Asian means Chinese and trust me you'll get less than 10,000 miles out of them, if that. Do not buy these tires. Within a couple of weeks the fronts were at 60% and the rears 50%. They were completely bald at 3 1/2 months. I've always known Tucker to be a reputable company so I don't know why they need to sell these crappy tires and at the same time tell you that you'll get plenty of wear out of them. I went to a used tire shop on Arrow hwy and they sold me 4 used Continentals that had about 70% tread left on them for $180 out the door tax everything. And they've barely worn so far. If Tucker needs to sell these crap tires at least let the consumer know that they are this bad. If I had gotten a warning I would have scrounged up some extra money and gotten something better.
I really can't even begin to explain the customer service here. I've been going to these guys for a looong time and I don't even live in the area anymore. I would literally get my car towed here if I had to before bringing it to any other tire shop. These guys are the best and always get the job done in a timely matter!
Been coming here for years and wouldn't trust my cars to anyone else. It's good to see that the guys that work here know what they're selling, know how to properly install what they sell, and overall just care about getting the job done right. For example, I've taken many tires here to be patched and have never had one leak. The one and only time I take one to a big chain store to be patched since Tucker isn't open on Sunday, guess what happens....
These guys are always busy and I usually try to make appointments for as early in the day as possible, but they really do try to get everyone out as quickly as possible given the amount of cars these guys see from the moment they open.
A great crew and great service that's reasonably priced.
Came in and their prices are very good and competitive.. I spent almost $20 less per tire and all said and done was cheaper than anywhere else. Staff was friendly. Each guy that spoke to me was kind and knowledgeable... It was empty so they knocked it out in like 45 minutes. Every person was swift but careful with each step. Oh keep in mind you have to go down the driveway to the showroom (818) first to get the tires and pay etc. The shop, where the work is done, is at the front.
Great service. There was a nail in my back tire. Called in and they let me know how much it would be to fix it and it would only take 10mins at most. The mechanics were all very friendly and helpful. Put my tire back in and put away the spare and they even added extra air to the rest of my tires.
I normally prefer to buy tires from Sam's Club or Costco, but neither of those places had tires I liked for the vehicle I have. I tried multiple other tire shops (See my negative review of America's Tires). Tucker's was reccomended to me by one of my mechanics. They were friendly and helpful. The price seemed reasonable. I was expecting to come back for installation another day, but they did it on the spot. My only negative comment is that we discussed a 2 or 4 wheel allignment and after, the guy put my vehicle on the lift, said the wheels for this vehicle cannot be alligned. The technician still made some adjustments, which I don't understand, yet paid for. Anyhow, overall it was a good experience and I reccomend them.
Outstanding service here all around. Brian helped me out and was great. I brought in a rim to have the tire replaced, turns out they didn't have it in stock and had to order one. Since my tire was less than a month old Pirelli was covering it for free pretty much. I was ready to pay over $200 for a new tire when Brian gave me the great news! Only had to pay for shipping of the new tire and labor for the install. Very happy with this tire shop, will be back in the near future.
I took my car to another (unmentionable) tire place after running over what could only be described as a industrial size staple. The other place told me it was "unfixable" due to the holes being close together. We were referred here and told "if they say it's 'unfixable' then it is." I was in and out in about 30 minutes, did I mention at the "unfixable" place I wasted errr... waited for 2 hours. So happy. Definitely recommend!!!!
