Have purchased tires from them before and had a great experience. This time I needed my rear brakes replaced and they offer this service. The cost was around $150 with tax for a Cadillac SRX. Not only was the price good but they were fast. My car was ready in about an hour after they called me to tell me to verify the rear brakes need to be replaced. I am happy that I went to Tucker Tire. Will be back for new tires when it's time.
I normally prefer to buy tires from Sam's Club or Costco, but neither of those places had tires I liked for the vehicle I have. I tried multiple other tire shops (See my negative review of America's Tires). Tucker's was reccomended to me by one of my mechanics. They were friendly and helpful. The price seemed reasonable. I was expecting to come back for installation another day, but they did it on the spot. My only negative comment is that we discussed a 2 or 4 wheel allignment and after, the guy put my vehicle on the lift, said the wheels for this vehicle cannot be alligned. The technician still made some adjustments, which I don't understand, yet paid for. Anyhow, overall it was a good experience and I reccomend them.
Had a right rear blowout 50 miles from home and stumbled onto Tucker (classic car, needed tube also). Few places will deal with tubes tires, let alone do them right. Brian was very helpful, got back on the road in under an hour. Went back and got new set of tires, went back again for alignment check, no charge because it was OK. Excellent shop, old school. I will keep driving the 50 miles, it's worth it!
Outstanding service here all around. Brian helped me out and was great. I brought in a rim to have the tire replaced, turns out they didn't have it in stock and had to order one. Since my tire was less than a month old Pirelli was covering it for free pretty much. I was ready to pay over $200 for a new tire when Brian gave me the great news! Only had to pay for shipping of the new tire and labor for the install. Very happy with this tire shop, will be back in the near future.
Came in and their prices are very good and competitive.. I spent almost $20 less per tire and all said and done was cheaper than anywhere else. Staff was friendly. Each guy that spoke to me was kind and knowledgeable... It was empty so they knocked it out in like 45 minutes. Every person was swift but careful with each step. Oh keep in mind you have to go down the driveway to the showroom (818) first to get the tires and pay etc. The shop, where the work is done, is at the front.
