had a nail in my tire and went in expecting to be there a while but to my surprise these guys work fast. It seems like each person has a specific role. one guy greets and removes the tire, the next guy takes it off the rim, the next guy repairs it, the next guy mounts and balances, and then the original greeter mounts the tire back on the car. They work like a fine oiled machine... all the while every tech shows a good attitude.
I always like to go this place because
1. Best prices
2. Fast and efficient
4. They are not for money for they are for quality and make customer happy.
I have been there couple of times about 2 years within 2 years 2 different reason. I went to another tire place cheap or good rating but they were all same. They told me I need to replace new tire because tire not good and not fixable and they asked me regular market price. But they didn't have tire in stock and asked to me come back. So I look around and found TuckerTire they checked and told me I don't need to buy new tire this tire is still good condition another least 20k miles. They fixed. Another service not related to tire and they told me I don't need that service they gave me refund and charged me only $20 for checking service. That's why they not after your money they gave your best service and save your money and tine. Go ti this place and you will see.
Just got all my tires replaced for a great price! I did my homework and spend over a week looking for a good place to have my tires replace at a good price for good tires. Every single employee I Encounter here was friendly, even the ones just passing by me saying hi or good morning, small gestures that go a long way..
I was acknowledged right when I walked in the building by Jerry he was friendly and found me a great deal for my car. I was in and out in about an hour which was great! I highly recommend Tucker tires for anyone looking for a great place and service!!
I've been coming here for years to have tires installed on my cars, trucks, and Motorhomes. And it's always been a good experience with customer service as well as the competitive prices. (See prior review)
However, today was a different story. I brought my truck in due to what I believed was a suspension problem. The truck would shudder or shake violently. I've never had any front end work done here but I've noticed the alignment pits on my prior visits. So I limped my truck over there on Monday (3-12-18) to get it checked. I was told I would have to have an appointment. So, I made an appointment for Thursday 3-14-18 at 4 pm. On Thursday I was told the problem with the truck was my front end suspension needed work (bushings and arms) and I was quoted $501 dollars. I was told that I would have to bring the truck back in the morning so the work could be done. I dropped the truck off at 7:30 on Friday. I was called at approx 10:30 and advised that my truck was ready to be picked up. When I returned to pick up the truck, I was told it was taken for a test drive and it's stills vibrates and shakes, And the reason is because my center drive bearing needs to be replaced, and "we don't do that here".
My concern is, shouldn't I have been told what the problem was when I brought it in on Thursday for an estimate ? Or maybe a phone call while it was there?
I was assured that I had worn front end parts, that needed to be replaced. However, I brought it in for the vibration. I explained to the tech what the problem was, and that wasn't addressed.
Now I have to take it to another shop to address the problem that I brought it to Tucker for. And I'm $500 poorer. ? Not the level of service and professionalism I had expected from Tucker Tire.
