Bought a set of tires for my Camaro here. Emailed several places about pricing and they got back to me quickly and with precise pricing information. Got there early (they don't do appointments) and there were a few cars ahead of me. Staff was super friendly and answered all my questions. The entire process took less than an hour. Highly recommend this place and will come back here when I need tires again.

Excellent customer service and great prices. My family has been coming here for years. There are two buildings in the same alleyway one is the storefront for shopping and paying for transactions, the other is where you drive your car around to be serviced. I recommend taking a day off of work and scheduling your service during the week, because it's pretty busy on Saturdays. I had my service on a Thursday and it took about an hour and a half. There is a small waiting room and some outdoor seating as well. There are coffee shops, restaurants, and mom & pop shops within walking distance if you don't want to sit and wait.
This place is absolutely incredible! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. you can tell they have a system going that can meet te demands of a busy day, yet still have the essence of a small shop where each client matters. I was able to come in today and feel like I was taken care of and given reasonable prices, and I am definitely coming back for any of my future tire needs. Thank you Tucker's tires!
I've been coming here for years for new tires. I never had a problem with their service until my recent visit. I called first to ensure they had the tires I needed in stock and they confirmed it. When I arrived, they confirmed the tires were in stock, I paid for them and proceeded to the service bay. After waiting about 30 minutes, I was informed that the tires I purchased were not in stock. I was given the option to return the following day, purchase a different brand tire, or get a full refund and go elsewhere. I did not want to return the following day, nor did I want to go elsewhere so I opted for the different tires. However, I informed them I needed to be out of there by a certain time due to a previously planned appointment elsewhere. Although I was promised my car would be ready on time, it did not happen as promised... surprise, surprise. 'Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.' Tucker Tire Co. has last my business.
I normally prefer to buy tires from Sam's Club or Costco, but neither of those places had tires I liked for the vehicle I have. I tried multiple other tire shops (See my negative review of America's Tires). Tucker's was reccomended to me by one of my mechanics. They were friendly and helpful. The price seemed reasonable. I was expecting to come back for installation another day, but they did it on the spot. My only negative comment is that we discussed a 2 or 4 wheel allignment and after, the guy put my vehicle on the lift, said the wheels for this vehicle cannot be alligned. The technician still made some adjustments, which I don't understand, yet paid for. Anyhow, overall it was a good experience and I reccomend them.
This place came recommended by 2 other people I know and so like yourself, thought I'd give them a shot. First, I called yesterday and Scott gave me a great no haggle price for 4 tires + install. 225/55/17. I couldn't pass up his quote on the Goodyear's he offered.
Already sold on the deal, I arrived to receive fine treatment, prompt service and found myself back on the road in less than 30 minutes! Impressive...
Also, I don't feel like I got any special treatment. I think this may just be how their philosophy on doing business is.
