I went for used tires knowing all 4 were getting bad. I'm thankful that the guy who was helping me was honest and said I only need 3 for right now. He said my 4th one was still good all around. They have reasonable prices $35-50 depending on your car. I went in the morning and I didn't have to wait long. I live down the street and on the weekends it's busy when I pass by. They have an indoor and outdoor waiting area which is nice. A few workers asked if I was help when I was standing outside. They wanted to make sure I've been helped. I definitely recommend calling before to make sure they have your tire size. It was my first time and def won't be my last!!
I am thinking this business has no need for my review as it already scored five stars! Well, it's about time that Yelp has to add another star for this super awesome place.
Dave and Bernie are always so helpful and friendly, no problem is too big when you are talking with them.
I have purchased tires for my cars here and had them patched at various times, and EVERY single time, their prices are fair and honest.
At their busiest times, it is still worth the wait as you know you are giving good honest people business and to keep them in business.
And to top it off, their waiting room is nice and toasty on a cold winter day.
This place is absolutely incredible! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. you can tell they have a system going that can meet te demands of a busy day, yet still have the essence of a small shop where each client matters. I was able to come in today and feel like I was taken care of and given reasonable prices, and I am definitely coming back for any of my future tire needs. Thank you Tucker's tires!
I took my car to another (unmentionable) tire place after running over what could only be described as a industrial size staple. The other place told me it was "unfixable" due to the holes being close together. We were referred here and told "if they say it's 'unfixable' then it is." I was in and out in about 30 minutes, did I mention at the "unfixable" place I wasted errr... waited for 2 hours. So happy. Definitely recommend!!!!
Great place! I came in 5 minutes before they were going to close, so I was just going to ask for a quote on patching tires. Instead the man at the desk said to just take it to the shop and they should be able to patch it. As soon as I drove up to the garage, they started working on. All the guys were so awesome! Quick and friendly service. I'm definitely coming back here for all my tire needs.
I really don't write review often but my experience at Tucket Tire Co was great so here it is.. Yesterday I was driving carpool lane on 10 freeway near 10 and 60 meets (avoid if possible) big pothole and right side two tires go down (alert on the screen of my car).. so pull over and see that two tires need to be changed. Call around compare prices, and found Tucker Tire Co to be fair and good price and also gave me the option on two different set of tires (decided to go change all four.. it was time), I checked to make sure they could do the job right away and they said yes so I went to the store and Mr. Scott was very helpful and gave me the same exact price as he quoted me over the phone. Great customer service as Mr. Scott stepped away for few minute to make sure the tire was in stock and I was standing there no more than 2 minutes and 3 other salesperson asked if I had been helped. The work paper and invoice was made and sent me to the service center (which is sperate from the main office) which is located no more than 50 yards away, drove my car and again service person was very nice and did the job right away. I had to get my alignment checked but they were little busy because it was Monday so they gave me an option of staying (which will take few hours) or come back another day to get the alignment checked, took the option of coming back another day. Here is another thing that I really liked was, on my tire, I got aftermarket airhole plugs and they did not forget to put those back on, which was nice (other tire store forgot and just put one of those plastic ones when I got one tire serviced for nail in the tire a few weeks ago and now I have three aftermarket airhole plugs and one plastic one)... My experience at Tucker Tire Co was very professional and smooth experience I was glad to pick the store for my tire store from now on.
I was referred by a friend and was told they had reasonable pricing and they did alignments. I sent my husband to check it out and he was quoted for tires and an alignment at a decent price. He agreed and they started to work on the car. He received a phone call saying that he also need brakes and rotors, to which he agrees to. This was on a Thursday. Friday I called out of work and then we had a long weekend due to Presidents' Day which brings me to today Tuesday Feb 20 2018. I am driving to work and hear a thumping sound every time I lane change go over a bump on the road or break. When I get to work I call my husband and he says he doesn't know why it would be making that sound. I get out of work start driving home and decide I can not drive like this. The sound is coming more and more I pull over. My husband meets me at the gas station that I stopped at and discovers that Tucker Tires failed to put the bolts back onto The brake caliper. This is real bad. You'll be seeing me tomorrow
This is an update I can't be mad when someone apologizes. They owned up to their mistake. Fixed it apologized and that's how it's done.
