Wrangler A/T Adventure
Place was recommended by a friend of mine. Took me a few months to finally give them a call but I couldn't be happier. I can see why this place has five stars. Service is completely exceptional like I can't even come up with the words to explain how great the service is coming from someone in the service industry. But even better than that is the pricing. Speak to Jeff he will give you the best pricing in town
I had initially purchased six tires from an online tire business for my motorhome. Two of the six tires were almost eight years old (DOT codes was 2211). Talk about dangerous. So, after sending the two tires back to the online business, a friend of mine recommended Tucker Tire Co. I spoke with Carl and he sold me the two additional tires I needed at a great price. I will definitely shop here again when I need new tires for my motorhome. Thank you!
Why am i giving these guys 5 stars when they hardly ever answer the phone... Cuz they're honest!
If you know Tucker Tire then you know that their phone is always ringing and no one seems to answer. OK, maybe they do answer every now & then (if you're lucky!)
You need to just show up and don't bother calling ahead...
They have a large crew who are always working (a true team)
Brad and the sales guys are honest and quote the BEST prices in South OC (maybe all of OC ~ Not sure since I've never checked)
If you want a fair no haggle price then this is your shop.
Expect to be in there for at least an hour but never longer than two.
I've been going here for YEARS!
Ask anyone who lives in the 949 area code and they've heard of Tucker.
I am so glad I found Tucker Tire Co. on Yelp! I called to have my tires aligned and they promptly gave me an appointment. When I arrived, Kinga took care of my car right away. They told me my two back tires were aligned so they only charged me for the two front tires. They are so honest and so nice! Kinga even replaced the missing caps on the metal air plugs for free! I will recommend Tucker Tire Co. to all my friends and relatives. Thank you Kinga and Tucker Tire Co. for providing such expert and efficient service! I'm so happy I found you!
had a nail in my tire and went in expecting to be there a while but to my surprise these guys work fast. It seems like each person has a specific role. one guy greets and removes the tire, the next guy takes it off the rim, the next guy repairs it, the next guy mounts and balances, and then the original greeter mounts the tire back on the car. They work like a fine oiled machine... all the while every tech shows a good attitude.
Tucker tire was recommended to me from an off-road company, I drove 350 miles from Arizona for an alignment. I also asked if they could replace a valve stem, they instructed me that in order to do so they would have to replace the sensor. I gave them the okay. I was 100% happy with the service and was going to write a great review until I got home and the sensor had failed after only 391 miles later to be exact. I took my vehicle to the dealership where they asked for the original sensor and told me they have the ability to replace just the valve stem. So now that I've realized I was told different, I feel cheated, and lied to! I would have recommended tucker tire and still will for an alignment. But I wouldn't recommend them for any other work as they will sell you used or faulty parts.
I hate to write this review because I've had a good experience in the past with their Laguna Niguel store. I just want to point out that I was on a very tight budget when I needed 4 tires a few months ago and asked what my options were in my price range. I was told they have an "Asian Import" that are a good inexpensive tire and I will get 25000 miles out of them. I found out later that Asian means Chinese and trust me you'll get less than 10,000 miles out of them, if that. Do not buy these tires. Within a couple of weeks the fronts were at 60% and the rears 50%. They were completely bald at 3 1/2 months. I've always known Tucker to be a reputable company so I don't know why they need to sell these crappy tires and at the same time tell you that you'll get plenty of wear out of them. I went to a used tire shop on Arrow hwy and they sold me 4 used Continentals that had about 70% tread left on them for $180 out the door tax everything. And they've barely worn so far. If Tucker needs to sell these crap tires at least let the consumer know that they are this bad. If I had gotten a warning I would have scrounged up some extra money and gotten something better.
