Fast service and great work. I don't trust tire shops out of the blue to change tires on my rims. I love my rims and would prefer not to have scratches done to them. I was referred by a family friend mechanic to go check them out.
Glad I did. Spoke to Bryan first and got set up with a new tire since I have a un repairable tire due to a nail. Called Monday and the tire was in Tuesday AM.
In and out.
That same day, my wife had a nail in her back left tire. Went to go get a quote and spoke to Scott. Told him if I could get an estimate on a new tire. Before he gave me that quote he checked my tire. He told me to take it to the front and see if it's repairable then come back. Long story short - he saved me a new tire fee by simply having me check if the tire was repairable. Grade A staff and Grade work.
This is definitely my favorite tire shop. I think everyone gets wonderful service and pricing here, not just friends and family.
We love the Cooper brand tires they sell here at Tucker. Idk if I'm just lucky, but every time I come in there seems to be some sort of deal with Cooper Tires.
In any case, the service here is always top notch and honest, no surprises. I really appreciate that kind of service.
Must say this is one of the best experiences at a tire shop that I have had in a long while. From the sales shop to the brake/tire shop the customer service is outstanding. No up selling or pressure to bye other then what was needed. Was given plenty of options. Tires arrived fast and work was done in a timely manner. I will return for another set for my wife's vehicle and will recommend to family and friends.
I really don't write review often but my experience at Tucket Tire Co was great so here it is.. Yesterday I was driving carpool lane on 10 freeway near 10 and 60 meets (avoid if possible) big pothole and right side two tires go down (alert on the screen of my car).. so pull over and see that two tires need to be changed. Call around compare prices, and found Tucker Tire Co to be fair and good price and also gave me the option on two different set of tires (decided to go change all four.. it was time), I checked to make sure they could do the job right away and they said yes so I went to the store and Mr. Scott was very helpful and gave me the same exact price as he quoted me over the phone. Great customer service as Mr. Scott stepped away for few minute to make sure the tire was in stock and I was standing there no more than 2 minutes and 3 other salesperson asked if I had been helped. The work paper and invoice was made and sent me to the service center (which is sperate from the main office) which is located no more than 50 yards away, drove my car and again service person was very nice and did the job right away. I had to get my alignment checked but they were little busy because it was Monday so they gave me an option of staying (which will take few hours) or come back another day to get the alignment checked, took the option of coming back another day. Here is another thing that I really liked was, on my tire, I got aftermarket airhole plugs and they did not forget to put those back on, which was nice (other tire store forgot and just put one of those plastic ones when I got one tire serviced for nail in the tire a few weeks ago and now I have three aftermarket airhole plugs and one plastic one)... My experience at Tucker Tire Co was very professional and smooth experience I was glad to pick the store for my tire store from now on.
I was referred by a friend and was told they had reasonable pricing and they did alignments. I sent my husband to check it out and he was quoted for tires and an alignment at a decent price. He agreed and they started to work on the car. He received a phone call saying that he also need brakes and rotors, to which he agrees to. This was on a Thursday. Friday I called out of work and then we had a long weekend due to Presidents' Day which brings me to today Tuesday Feb 20 2018. I am driving to work and hear a thumping sound every time I lane change go over a bump on the road or break. When I get to work I call my husband and he says he doesn't know why it would be making that sound. I get out of work start driving home and decide I can not drive like this. The sound is coming more and more I pull over. My husband meets me at the gas station that I stopped at and discovers that Tucker Tires failed to put the bolts back onto The brake caliper. This is real bad. You'll be seeing me tomorrow
This is an update I can't be mad when someone apologizes. They owned up to their mistake. Fixed it apologized and that's how it's done.
Let me start this by saying I'm very particular about the way I'm treated as a customer. So having said that there is a reason why I only deal with Tucker store for all my tire needs it last called CUSTOMER SERVICE!! this place REALLY appreciates their customers and it shows in every aspect from the phone , to in person at the sales desk or the shop nothing but a class act here
